Seller is unlicensed (FL requires a license) and seems to have dozens of corporate names (most inactive) and cannot prove any income. He is trying to sell this business on hype and we worry that the second he gets your money you will not see him again. His notion that you can easily get 2 inspections a days, 6 days a week is bunk. Home inspection is hard work and the marketing is even harder. He has no evidence of any recent advertising yet he claims to be doing the 2/day as an unlicensed home inspector.
