On or bout 02/13, I received a call from a very persistent sales person named MIke. I accepted to buy some latex gloves, straps and a couple more items. On or about 4/5, I received an invoice for $200.33 and I called customer service and the person toll me "your company always keeps everything and never pays for it." suggesting that we are thieves.
Bottom line is that my company never received the items in question. I contacted UPS and filed a formal complaint there but I never received a response either.
Now I received D & B Collection Service letter threatening to take my company to court. I rather spend $1 million dollars with the legal dream team and put this two ripoff companies in their place.
