KIWI has the worst service and customer care I have ever had to deal with!!! Do Not Use KIWI!!! They do not take care of their customers; they only take care of their pocketbook!!! I had an air duct job scheduled on July 3rd and after the first crew did not clean the air ducts properly, they scheduled a redo the last week of July, which the technician did not show up because they went to the WRONG ADDRESS!!! It doesn't stop there. A third technician was scheduled the first week of August, but he did nothing but stand around and talk! He supposedly measured the air vent for the $100 air filter that I ordered and never received! But he did not measure correctly. We are now to the fourth technician who told me that the reason I was still having mounds of dust after an over $300 faulty air duct cleaning was because the first technicians never completed the job. On top of that when he went to place the $100 air filter in it was the WRONG SIZE!!! Yet again the technician had to go to the main office to get another air filter! After the AWFUL experience I had with this company DO NOT USE KIWI!!! The customer care 'manager' (who at this time will remain nameless because I have a back bone) promised that a refund would be given to me for the air filter, being that that was Kiwi's fault. Now, she has changed her mind and has decided that customer satisfaction and business ethics mean nothing to KIWI!!! This company is awful all around!!! Do not use kiwi!!!
