Back on June 7 I ordered a control board Refridgerator. It is an odd model. Rather than tell me that they could not match it (I couldn't on their site), they went ahead and sent the closest part, a great way to churn easy cash on the off chance that it will fit.
I called and they refunded the warranty that day. I was sent a box with an REA and returned the item and invoice. They recieved it according to UPS on 6/22. They have never refunded my money (95.00) and repeated calls to them have been fruitless. The first lady literally yelled into the phone "Sir I can't do anything without an invoice number, The REA is meaningless". This was not after discussion, this was immediately after I explained the situation and told her that i had included the invoice in the box. Another call, I asked the fellow if he could trace by REA and he said yes. I heard him talking after he laid the phone down and he did nothing the stated "we have not recieved it yet." They had recieved it one month earlier.
