We purchased a new heating/air conditioning unit, including installation. Due to faulty installation, our home now has excessive water damage in the furnace room and adjacent laundry room. (This damage occurred June.)
Bryan Todd, owner, of ProFlo is licensed, insured, and bonded. On two occasions he has promised to have repairs made, due to water damage. He is not a man of his word and has avoided follow-through of any kind. We are senior citizens and feel he believes we will just "go away." The water damage has been inspected, etc. And we have a bonified contractor bid for $5,300.
We are extremely frustrated as there appears to be no resolve at this time?
