Looking to purchase a house and responded to an add on Craigslist about homes in foreclosure. Paid the $149.00 activation fee. There were only a handful of homes listed in my area and all of which were not in good condition. Forwarded the refund request form and never heard from them. Tried calling (1-805-690-1263) but the line never goes through.
