I was sceptical at first but was desperate to have a home for my family of six. I paid the amount and started looking at properties in my area. I then tried contacting the home owners, and it was a very difficult thing to do, I had to wait until they contacted me, and that's if they wanted to. I had to knock on doors to talk to some one.
To make a long story short, all homeowners told me that their properties where not listed under foreclosure or even pre-foreclosure. I was very angry and upset because I spent a lot of time looking for properties that fit my family. I called the number provided by Homes Relief Program and told them what the homeowners said, the person tells me "sometimes homeowners are in denial of being foreclosed" with that said, I asked for a refund.
This fraudulent company gave me information on how to get a refund, but it's been two to three months that I've been going after them for that refund. I sent out a request form for my refund in May and I just got the form back under "Not Deliverable" to the Santa Barbara address. I was livid, $149.00 that I spent on this was a lot for my family.
