I wish I had found this site first. I too seen the ad on TV and called and yes they asked for our ss#. They told us it was to make sure it wasn't kids calling in and wasting their time. They came and talked and pushed us in to signng telling us we had 3 days to call and cancel if it didnt work out. So to make sure we tried calling the company to ask how we needed to do it no response. So we done it over the phone faxed it and emailed them. The 4or 5th day they start calling saying were too late it had to be mailed in. Yes the contract says that but when you have them across the table saying no mind to that and hes telling you s/thing different. These people need to pay for what they are doing. I have four kids and we live paycheck to paycheck.
They also have done took the down pment out of my bank and are telling us that we've got 2 and only 2 options we can pay the 50% and get no pool that would be over $4000 or get the pool and also going to put a lean on our property. We worked to hard for what we got. I'm not letting them just take it. We all need to get together and take these people down. Make them pay for once. I have done filed with bbb and got a lawyer.
