I had a sales man come out to the house after several times they canceled. Will the sales man said we could get the pool at a cheaper cost if they could make it a show pool so me and my roommate sat down and said this is not cheaper these people are crazy.
A couple hours went by and we decide it was way to much money so we called the same day to cancel and a few weeks went by and low and behold I got a call from Blue World Pool wanting to install the pool we told them we canceled the same day and now they said we had to have it in writing (I could not even read the contract the writing is so small) and our three days were up.
So they keep calling me telling me I owe them $2,000.00 for (NOTHING!) Cancellation. This is highway robbery. I paid the $2,000.00 because they told me they were going to take my land and Mobil home. Every time I called these people after you cancel. They talk to you like a dog! I went to a local swimming pool place and I ask him when his customer canceled how much did he charge and he said $100.00 for paper work. I told him about how much Blue World Pools charged me to cancel and he told me that was ridiculous he would file a claim.
So I hope this company goes down in flame because it looks like they have scams a lot of people. There should be something done about this company so they do not hurt more families financially.
