Liars, fraud, did not perform services, will not return calls, Stay away from Mike Tuma, Frank Tuma Ripoff

Provided Landmark a CAD file set of house plans and requested several changes. Several weeks later the plans came in a PDF file (a CAD file was requested. None of the requested changes were made.

Frank/Mike at Landmark would no longer return phone calls. They claimed I did not provided all the requested changes timely, yet I provided the changes before provide the CAD files.

Avoid Landmark at all cost. They will talk a good talk to get your money then no longer be responsive. Made a lot of false representations.
