Gardeners Choice - Spring River Nurseries
Ordered Royal Paulownia trees and sent a check. No trees. Went on the internet to find out where my order was and their web page was gone replaced by RIPOFF

I ordered two trees from Gardeners Choice
and sent them a check. That was over a month ago so I went on the internet to find out the status of my order and found out by you that they don't exist.

I also went on the internet to order some lavender plants from Spring River Nurseries and found their Home Page had been replaced by RIPOFF. However, I found out that their address was the same as Gardeners Choice. They send out their flyers in the Sunday paper for a few weeks and then pull them and reappear under a different name. When I compared the advertisements it was apparent that they were printed by the same company. I don't understand why they haven't been shut down. This is apparently nationwide from what I have seen from your consumer complaintsS.
