EBay has been notified about a seller whose name is Robert L. Gale who goes by the seller ID's of:

Galediscount & liguorian

This man advertises seemingly nice affordable properties on eBay in Michigan and he then prevents the the user ID's of the bidders from being shown; bidder's names show up private name.

We believe this is so he can easily shill bid or up bid his own eBay auctions and no one will be the wiser. EBay has been informed of this.

This man also charges an erroneous outrageous fraudulent $299 fee for each property he sells calling it "document fees". Document fees are supposed to cover the cost of the seller transferring and recording the property in the new owner's name; the eBay buyer.

Instead of properly delivering the property item paid for on ebay including the $299 document fees, this man pockets the $299 and only sends the buyer a quit claim with no instructions or anything else. After weeks of waiting to receive the transfer and recording documents from each of the counties where the properties are located, I called the counties in Michigan to learn that Robert L. Gale never recorded or transferred ownership from him to me, so all the $299 document fees paid to him really were just money that he pocketed.

He never switched the properties into my name and I paid him to do so. The only document that I received from him was a quit claim that is like a form document he has in his computer where he just changes the name of the buyer and fills in their address and the property ID number. This is very simple to do as it is saved on his computer and all he does is change the name and address and property ID no. He then sends it out to the new buyer while never lawfully changing the record or tranfer register with the county. It costs about $40 per property to properly register, transfer and record the new owner deed in each county where each of the property is located. This is what the $299 "document fees" were to cover. This man, when I contact him now states that I am harassing him. What a crock.

EBay has been notified but nothing has been done thus far. I have also been forced to follow up with the Michigan State Real Estate Commission AKA: Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth in Lansing, Michigan. I have also been forced to follow up with the Attorney General's Office in Michigan.

The Labor & Economic Growth Dept. Routinely refers items to the DA in the county where the crime took place, Macomb County, where the perpetrator, Robert L. Gale resides.

Meanwhile, eBay is business as usual suspending accounts of the good people while leaving the crooks to do all their dirty work.
