Worst warranty and csr of any company!

This company is the worst! I have had my sectional back to there factory numerous times with the same problem and i still have the same problem plus now more things are falling apart! They now dont even reply back to my emails or phone calls a real nasty company when it comes to taking care of there customers and backing up what they make!
