These people are scum. I can not believe they are still taking money, they should be behind bars. I feel sad for the many people they have stolen from. For us, Shutters were the one thing I really wanted for our new home. So when we moved in and had no furniture, no window coverings, and no money we were very upset.
After 6 months of excuses, lies, changed phone numbers, and speaking to his attorney my husband paid him a visit. He told Ken he would be back the next day for the blinds or our money and if he didn't have our product or money he would "take it out of his hide", and if he wasn't there he would take it out of his wifes, and if she wasn't there he take it out of the dogs. We got a refund the next day. If he is still doing this, I'm thinking the only thing that will make him stop is a good @ss kicking.
