This company has a long history of telemarketing rip-offs, and have lost multiple lawsuits from various states. They called me and offered their product, Septic Helper, with a promise that I could return the product if not satisfied.
They sent a SIX YEAR supply, and billed $169. I attempted on several occasions to get approval to return the product, and they refused. They repeatedly use language that sounds like they are going to take legal action. This is the exact same behavior that they have exhibited over several years, and that has caused them to have to pay out settlements in the past. I still have not resolved this.
When questioned about their sordid past, a man who supposedly is a manager named Jack Criscione, who can be reached at 407-389-4000, stated that "that is all in the past" and "all companies have that kind of thing." Thankfully, not all businesses do.
