We purchased our house in 2006. We have had problems every year with both units.
We are now looking at changing out the units. We could not get help from the installer
Also Air engineers down the street was no help either. Just run around from both constant replacing parts, from coils to boards and everything between. The second coil
went down in the upstairs unit after 1 yr. We feed it freon every year.
