I ordered a set of 4 Eurostyle Tendy Chairs several months ago through a reseller of Eurostyle named Obeo Design.
The chairs did not assemble correctly (no matter now the bases attached) I was asked to submit photos of the issue which was ridiculous.
My contact with Obeo as well as Eurostyle has been rather coarse. No one from Obeo or Eurostyle was of any help. I was finally able to return the defective chairs after several months of hassle and phone calls.
For all this trouble, I was charged $100 in return shipping fees. They claim the chairs were not defective, despite the fact I have photos illustrating the problems.
Obeo informed me that I paid for several rounds of return shipping, in part because Eurostyle claims the chairs were not defective. Next time perhaps I should take a video.
I asked a customer service representative at Obeo for contact info for the owner, or a contact at EuroStyle, along with receipts for the shipping that I was paying for. Unfortunately after 5 requests, Obeo has not responded.
I understand that the involvement and polices of seller and reseller are separate but a poorly made product, accompanied by finger pointing and absolute horrible customer service from Obeo, has ensured that I will never purchase a product from either in the future.
Be warned when dealing with Obeo Design.
