I bought 6 chairs online with an expected delivery by 12/24 as posted on their website. After paying in full, i recieved an email three days later saying my delivery is now 4 days later than i had expected. This would have been ok, except that i had consigned my old chairs and now had no chairs for guest to sit in for christmas day. The rep for the company was not helpful and full of excuses as usual. This is the second time this has happened, the first my $3000.00 chairs were lost in transit. How do you loose two very large chairs, idont know. But im not surprised after this last ordeal. Forgot to mention, part of my order wont be here for another week. I suggest you read the shipping expected dated and get confirmation from more than one person. Hopefully a different rep than i spoke to.
I would not recommend restoration hardware for online purchases.
