We purchased a Home Warranty March for $403.75 for a one year Home Warranty. We did not need them until a few days ago, november. The phone number given is always busy or out of service. The email and website request for service is useless. Noone responds to requests for service.
It is extremely frustrating to pay this money, think you are covered and unable to pay for service that needs to be addressed now. I have a leaking refrigerator and now we smell gas from our stove. I would like any suggestions from others. Has anyone gotten anywhere with this problem?
