Dolphin Construction
Ripoff unethical billing philosophy effecting the honest hardworking American

Who would have thought a church pew, from a church that is no longer standing, would cost $11,000.00 to cut in half and refinish?

A church pew that my family once used in this no longer standing church. What a wonderful spiritual memento for my family to have grace our home.

This was my outlook going into this deal with Dolphin Construction. After a $1,000.00 deposit was given and many months later, no contact was ever made to this consumer when the cost of work started to outweigh the cost of the church pew.

Upon the completion of the work, the head of Dolphin Construction, Steve Cook, told the consumer that this price was too much and he would come up with an alternative price.

This price was $5,868.00, which still was too high for the church pew and this consumer. This consumer made an offer of $3,000.00 ($1,500 per pew) and was told by Dolphin Construction that they would think about it and get back to me. Their way of getting back to me was to contact a lawyer and threaten me with debt collection through the mail.

This is not the way to do business. Dolphin construction told me to make them an offer on the church pews. This honest, hardworking American consumer is being taking advantage of! Isn't it about time that the American consumers take a stand to end the practice of unfair billing philosophy of Dolphin Construction and other businesses like them.
