Ripoff

I puchased a water conditoner sytem from these people. They had a filter system that went under sink it leaked and ruined our floor. We were told not to turn it in to our insurance that they would pay for the damage. This has been 9 months ago still no check. And system is junk and they can not fix it or replace it
