I have been trying for two months to get info on the delivery of a dining room set I now know I will never recieve. My gut started to tell me that something was very wrong when I could not reach this company by either phone or internet. Any access to the furniture tracking device was gone, if you did reach a representative by phone they proceeded to make excuses for the delay in delivery and then no contact at all.
I am now sick to my stomach to see that I am not alone! My credit card was charged over $5,000.00 of my hard earned money and no furniture. But what upsets me the most is that so many people were cheated out of their furniture and money and this web site still exists! I hope this consumer complaints prevents someone else from becoming a victim.
