Ripoff did not pay for the website we designed for them

We designed a website for Atlashomes.Us and the owner promised to pay for the website and did not pay us.

This company is a ripoff. We tried to get the hosting company to disable the website but they would not. Atlas Homes changed their username and password and would not give us access to the website files.
