In 2004 we designed a website for Atlas Homes. Www.atlashomes.Us. Atlas Homes did not pay for the website we designed for them and they continue to slander us.
On October 30 the owner of Atlas Homes, Thomas Rowshan, called every website design client we have in our portfolio and slandered our name, harassed our clients and will not cease and desist from doing same.
We have obtained an Affidavit from one of our clients with regard to these harassing telephone calls and we are prepared to provide the same.
A formal police report, lien and lawsuit is being prepared against this company and its owner and a copy of same will be provided also.
