Thomas Rowshan and Linda Ebert of Atlas Homes, 32660 Willowbend Lane, Waller, Tx 77484, phone number 281.444.4431 or 936.931.3344 or 713-545.2429 or 832.724.6115 are being sued for not paying for the website 7DesignAvenue designed for them and as a result of that, they are posting slanderous information and lies about me on the internet.
Thomas Rowshan is operating as a home builder/remodeler without a license. Thomas Rowshan has not filed a tax return with the IRS for 20 years. Thomas Rowshan is NOT a licensed driver in the state of Texas.
They file fraudulent liens against homeowners properties to get money! I have several people who have stepped forward to testify to this. The website www.atlashomes.Us is full of lies! Mr. Rowshan has given me false information to post on his website and I am suing him for non-payment of services. He does not have any insurance... He is not licensed... He does not pay taxes... The IRS and the FBI have been notified of this guy and his fake "homebuilder" "remodeler" status.
Do not do business with this outfit! They will rip you off and try to destroy you if you try to stop them!
