I am currently disputing a charge with OnlyWebsites.com located in Pleasant Grove, Utah, on which we had no contract in force. They are forcing me to have hosting done through them. When I refused, he took my website down, which I had already paid $2100 for them to build. They did not furnish me with any of the website files and refused to give me the information to let me transfer it to a different host. When I refused to have the hosting done through them, Daniel Todd, the owner, said, "You just lost your website", and then hung up on me. I would avoid these guys because their business practices are more than sketchy. If they decide to keep your website, they could have your business in their hands and that's too much power for a vendor to have over your company. If I would have read that before, I would not have used their company. There are much more ethical website designers out there with competitive prices.
