Order 3000 dollar equipment June 26th. Called several times to remind them of my order. They also never ask my name or repeated my order or gave me any sense that what they were doing was legit. 1 month passed I've figured I have no machine I get in contact with a salesman who talked to me with a smile on his face. I heared his smile on his face over the phone and I'm not even trying to be funny. Mid August I talked to the salesmen who seemed professional tell me he's working on putting some final touches on it. When I asked him, "Shouldn't you have done that a while ago something in those words". I was told that It's taking more time cause I'm putting on a special featue that took long time to order. Finally recevied product end of August. Tried to call back to ask where my wheels for the unit was no reponse, voice mail full. Mid August is last I talked to the child. I'm not sure I recieved the correct equipment cause i'm not too familar with pressure washers yet. Be weary. I wasn't too shocked after a few calls with them, I should have been more careful.
Its good to know that I'm not the one going to sleep knowing I treated people in such a up front and false way and ruined my lifelong future reputation (literally). You got your "New au Kum" Mr and Mrs. Emerson congratulations, and good luck with dealing what comes back at you in life. Excuse my tone of voice. Good bye.
