Upon purchase of the shed I was promised that it would be delivered completed and "ready to go" as our contract said. That the fence in our yard would be removed to allow for the shead to go through it and the delivery men would put it back into the ground and it would be as though it was never removed.
Our shed was delivered without the sun roof. When it rains the rains goes right through to the inside of the shead. Only raw plywood is covering this portion of the roof.
Our fence was never put back in as promised and we paid for this service.
We also ordered ramps for both shed doors which we recieved only one ramp and it is still inside the shead and has never been attached.
The flower planters that we paid for were never delivered.
The shed was delivered 8-12 and I have made six calls to Bill the owner and person we purchased I it from. He has told me that the sun roof will be avalabile "probably" on 8-22 and he would call me than to set up a date to put it in and he would do it himself. I did not recieve a call. I left him messages about this and recieved a message back from someone that he employes that the sun roof would be availabe on September 15 or maybe a few days after that.
I called the owner and told him the inside of our shed it wet. He said it should have a covering over it to keep that from happening until the sunroof is put in. I told him it did not. He said we would be out today 8-26 himself and fix the roof and hook up the ramps.
The owner did not show up. He sent his son who said he was here to fix the roof and that's all. He said he doesn't know anything else. I asked him were his Dad is that he promised me he would be out himself and take care of all the other issues. The son raised his voice at me and said, "My Dad is busy with other customers, and I and here to fix the roof and that's all."
With this I became nervous with the son's aggressive nature and told him I will call his Dad since he is the one that sold us the shed. I felt afraid of him and just wanted him away from me so I asked the son to leave. As he started to leave he called his Dad and told him he was not fixing the roof becasue I was yelling at him. This was not the case.
My main concern is that I still do not have a completed shed and rain is going right through to the inside and my fence has still not been put back and I still don't have the ramp hooked up or the other one that we ordered and no flower planters.
Each time I have talked to the owner he has made a lot of excuses for why things are not done and he promises to come out himself to make things right. He has never been out since this all started. He even told me on 8-25 that he would do whatever I want to make things right. Yet he does not do any of this.
I don't know what to do at this point and I am afraid that the son is so angry for whatever reason I don't want him near me or on my property.
I called the father and he said he would be out himself today to fix the roof and bring another ramp if he could find one at his store and hook both of them up. The father knows the fence has never been put back so I told him that that needs to be done and I still needed the sunroof and planters. He said he can't get them today. I asked again about the fence. He did not answer me and said he'll call me later when he thinks he can be out that right know he is busy with some tenant's that are moving in.
I really don't know what to do at this point.
