A roof was ut on my home in Juy 2006. I've called them 6 times (5/6, 5/20, 5/27, 6/2, & 6/6) to have someone to come out and repair my roof. Facing my house on the back of the house left corner the roof is sunken in. When it rains, th water pours off of it and I'm afraid it will collapse and eventully cause damage to the inside of my house. John finally called me back on 5/27 and stated that he will go to my house that day and look at it and let me know smething, I haven't heard anything from him. When I called on 6/2 and 6/6, the females that answered the telephone said thy would call the manager and get back with me, still no reponse.
They didn't hesitate about taking my money and my roof isn't that old and shouldn't be sunken in. I want them to check all corners of my house and correct and do all repairs. I am a widow and feel as if they are ignoring me and I do not like it. If further damage is done to my house they will have to pay more because I will take the matter further.
