Our stovetop ignition sparks constantly the entire time the stove is in use. This has been a problem since the day it was installed. We had the stove serviced under warranty, but Fisher Paykel could not fix it. Also, the rubber feet on the grates fall off causing the bottom of the grates to scratch the stainless steel surface.
The product is an absolute lemon.
Fisher Paykel refuses to correct the problem all they will do is pay for the parts, not labor. Why should I have to pay to fix their defective product?
I would never by anything from this company.interestingly, the store I purchased from no longer carries Fisher Paykel products because of "problems with the manufacturer".
