Their web site is designed well and has good sales literature. Lack of technical specifications is questionable for a mattress being purchased sight unseen. The sales personnel are great. I became suspicious when all aspects of their product were totally without fault. I ordered from them and the invoice had no company name on it. This raised a red flag and I investigated further. Supposedly they purchased BSleep.com and still use that name for sales purposes. They did not purchase any of the responsiblies associated with BSleep. This is ethically questionable.
Email from Foam Experts has a return email address of BSleep.com. They never gave me an estimated shipping date. While the Better Business Bureau does not criticize Foam Experts they have suggested that any discrepancies could be because Foam Experts is a new and struggling company. I checked with Consumer Guide and 6 out of 8 testers would not buy the air bed they tested for 30 days. The beds checked were not from Foam Experts or BSleep. With all these discrepancies I cancelled my order before it was in manufacturing. The cancellation process was unprofessional. I mailed a written cancellation just to be sure and the address on foamexperts.com does not exist according to the post office. The address on the web site is Foam Experts, 5 Oak Ridge Terrace, Kingston, NY 12401. I have no physical evidence their product is bad but the company has structural discrepancies that are frightening.
