I contact AHS in April 06 for a leak in my sewage pipe. The tech came out, fixed the pipe and notice that it was leaking in the basement. He said he would call in the estimate and come back to finish the job. So I call him 3x and he doesn't call back. When I finally do get a hold of him, he stands me up. I contact AHS about this and they said they would report him to the tech customer service rep. Mind you, this was my 3rd phone call to them.
After several phone calls and yelling at whoever answers the phone. The tech shows up (2mos later) and said he was only there for an estimate. Mind you, this was after an AHS supervisor told me he would be there to finish the job. Now the tech said I'll be back Monday morning to finish the job. I sat home most of the day waiting. And he doesn't show up or call. As of today, I have contacted a friend of mine that's a lawyer and he will make my phone calls from now on. This is a serious breach of contract that can not go ignored.
