Joe Ruda, Aqua Clear Blue Pools
Swimming pool ripoff - carlisle police notified no resultS, takes money gives no pool service, bad business, civil action required

I have a signed contract with Aqua Clear Blue Pools. Joe Ruda runs this business. He is insured by Strickler Agency out of Carlise Pa. He took my money and never gave me a pool.

I went to his physical address and knocked over and over. His neighbors, in Mayapple Golf Course, told me that Joe Ruda does this all the time. They say it is not unusal to see his customers sitting in his lawn waiting to get with him over his bad business practices.

I went back to his house and continued knocking. All of the sudden the door opened. Turns out the door had been broken into. I called the Carlise Police. They came out to investigate. The state police told me that Joe Ruda was famous for this and they are called out to his place all the time. They got him to answer the door and he told them he had a dependency issue. The police recommended I file a civil complaint against him. There isn't a thing they can do. Sorry for your luck.
