On Feb 24 I ordered Office Professional from this organization - I received a confirmation email from them immediately and my Visa card was charged - the following day I received a "delivery confirmation" with a confirmation # for the Post Office - when the package had not arrived by March 3 I attempted to email them - no response, then I phoned them and was told it had been mailed... 2 days later I emailed again, faxed and phoned -
This time I was told it was on backorder but it was now in.
5 days later I had still not received the product so I called again - when I inquired as to why I had received a "tracking # for confirmation" they told me they automatically prepare a package when the order comes in -
When I explained to them that by doing so the customer would think tht the package had been mailed - they told me that was ridiculous! Then they told me that it was being mailed that day - March 8 - Now it is March 10, the delivery tracking # still shows that it has not been mailed - my Visa card is charged - and they are full of c*p -
Of course I can cancel the charges but I want others to know how they work.
