I ordered a Rollabind Punch Desktop through Rollabind's website, paid by credit card, got an order # and paid for an express delivery. They charged my credit card right away. After 3 weeks, I hadn't received the punch, so I e-mailed them and the e-mail was returned as not deliverable. I tried to phone their 1-888 No. And nobody ever returned my calls. I then checked the internet and found out all the bad reviews about this company. I then phoned their direct # in Florida and spoke to their representative. He said that one of the parts for the punch was being delayed in Japan and he had no idea as to when they would be able to ship the product. I told them they shouldn't have charged my credit card until the product was ready to ship. I asked for a refund; he said I was going to send me a confirmation e-mail and the refund in 48 hours. You guessed, the e-mail never came and neither did the refund. I phoned them again and was told the same story. I finally went to my credit card company and filed a complaint. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering this Rollabind product, but hopefully this review will help other customers who are thinking about ordering it. Do not order from this company!
