We recently tried to get our earnest money back from this builder for 6 months, and they kept telling us that they will get back to me and never did, so I when to the head people to try to get my $650.00 earnest money back but there only reimburse me $400.00 of my earnest money. They told me that it was a new policy that was in affect that if you go to the design center and pick out design for your home, and don't get the home, you wiil not be entitle to $250.00 of your earnest money back. There was no contract sign for this agreement, and after going through all of the confusion with this builder. I decide to give up and informed anyone who buys a home from this builder to becareful and aware of new policy that's not in your contract. This builder is very DISHONEST.
