Bogus leads, hard to get out of contract ripoff

Signed up for Just Listed 3 months after completing Real Estate school.By the way, although I am a new realtor, I am not new to sales, customer service and the like. I have 30 years experience in sales in the corporate world. After nearly a year I have not had one closing. The leads that I have received thus far have either been bogus, from other realtors, from mortgage lenders who are willing to let me do the work providing cma's and listings for them to look at for free and I even got one from a local high school student whose teacher told them to use our service to find out how much houses cost in their area.

I follow their recommended steps for following up on a lead with little or no response from the alleged customers. Most of the time, I reach disconnect recordings and voicemail announcements connected to a name not even close to the one who requested the service. When I contacted JL to ask that they make it more clear to the public that their request was being sent to a local realtor, they refused.

Four months into my contract, at one of their motivational seminars I attended, I signed up to partner with a local lender to swap leads and increase my chances at closing a deal. This required me to extend my contract for a year from the day that I partnered with the lender.

After several months of sharing leads with the lender, with no notice, the lender quit swapping leads with me. No response when I tried to contact the lender. House Values told me they couldn't give me any information about another client's account so I'm just screwed having added an extra 4 months to my worthless contract because I took advantage of an opportunity to get more leads.

I attended numerous Master Mind calls so I could listen to the secrets of success by other realtors who use the service and I started to wonder, could it be me? I started calling some of the realtors that I swapped cards with at the seminar some of whom were way more seasoned in real estate thanI and found they were not having any success either.

When I tried to back out of the contract which they assured me when I signed up would be no problem, I was threatened by Guido as mentioned in a previous complaint. I am counting the days to the end of this awful contract so I can stop throwing my money away.
