I know no one really cares but I am a mother of an autistic child. It is hard for me to save any money but when the roof was in desperate need of repair I contracted North East Home Improvements to put a new roof on the house so me and my son would be safe. 7,000. Later and just a few years the roof needs to be repaired again. I tried to contact North East and after a few months they sent some one out to look at it. He told me there was nothing he was going to do and nothing I could do about it. I since had a contractor look at the roof and I was told North east did not use the right material. I have a contract for 1/2 in CDX and that is not what is on the roof. Every attempt to contact this company has ended in failure. Maybe he was right there is nothing I can do about it. But You can. Anyone who reads this do not use this company and if you can give them a call and tell them what they are doing to me is wrong. It would be appreciated. Thank You.
