To make this short and to the point, we purchased carpet from this company, (5000 dollars worth). After the installation I notice lumps under the carpet throughout the house, then I notice where they had to splice carpet together, they either turned the spliced piece or who knows what they did, but they do not match. It makes me sick every time I look at it.
I called them right away and was under the impression that it would be fixed, and thats when the run-around began. I was stood up one day, then the excuses began. The next to the last message I got was they would get somebody else to come out, waited 2 weeks. I called and left another message Monday and their excuse is they have tried to call me and have left messages to come fix my carpet.
After all the excuses I have heard this last one is a goody, I have cell phone print-outs, and my home phone/fax records numbers and I see nothing. Another bunch of blah blah. I'm sure it will never be fixed, learned my lesson and just hope to spread the word that I had a bad experience with this so-called Company and If I was shopping for carpet or tile, I'd steer clear.
