Initially ordered 3 pieces of leather furniture 1-9-06. Mid February I was advised the leather I ordered was no longer available and I had to pick another color! Early April, I was advised 3 separate times that my furniture had been shipped. 3 weeks later - still no furniture. Delivery company finally calls to state they will deliver.
They fail to tell me that they are only delivering the couch and not the chairs. I have contacted comfortsource's customer service manager and several representatives and still have no answer if I am ever getting my two leather chairs. What was stated as a 6-10 week process has now turned into a 16 week nightmare that still hasn't been resolved. I am doubting if I will ever get my 2 chairs.
Don't order from Comfortsource, after they have your payment in full - -which they must have prior to releasing your furniture for delivery - - it appears that your are SOL!!
