I ordered a tan/carmel leather set from this company. When the furniture arrived it was a brown leather set. I called the sales representative and he told me that was the set I ordered. On the website it is tan, but that's not the set I ordered. He would not give me my money back and if I wanted to return the furniture I had to pay for shipping and handling and a restocking fee. He insisted that it was the correct color because the delivery man has the same set. I told him that I understand that the delivery man has the set but it is not the set that is on the website. Also, I did not receive all of furniture at one time. I just received the chair which was a month late. The sales rep did not tell me that I would not receive all the furniture at one time. When I would call, he would not return phone calls as promised or emails when promised.
