I first placed a whole bedroom set on layaway about eight months and I decided I might never get off layaway because I didn't like the set anymore and every time I want there was always someone yelling at him for some type of service breach. I then asked him for a refund he told me there was no refund and I asked him to show me on my receipt or in his store where this was posted and he couldn't there was no proof. I decided I was not going to make a big deal about it, so I asked for a mattress, box spring, and frame and that way I would not have to deal with him anymore. When I went to make my payment of the difference there was a woman in the store complaining about her furniture not being set up right, and so he wanted to impress her so he said he would deliver it on the next day (Fri.), I then asked what time would he be there and he said between 3-6pm I said I would not he home after 7pm and he said oh no problem. They showed up at 8:22pm I know because security called my number. Anyway I called the next day (Sat.) and they said they would come, no call and no show. So I left work early to go down to the store and to speak with him (on Mon.) He said he would cancel one delivery to bring me mine and again no call, no show they stopped answering the phone that day. Tues. I called and told them that it was the last time I was going to call them so they delivered the wrong mattress and there was no bed frame. I called man, many times on that day and they stopped answering the phone, and about four times they picked up and hung it up, about three times the phone was picked up and someone was dialing and then hung up.
