Whisper Walk Association apparently brought Thermoset Roofing into the community to repair roofs. No estimates were provided and all residents who had roof repair minor or major have been so overcharged. It is highway robbery. The Association has tried to contact this roofer but to no avail. Residents in this community would have absolutely no problem filing a suit against this company. Our pod (4 units in one building) had nomore than 10 tiles replaced (they were not missing as stated) - the repair people for a party of 3 who did not speak English, were here for 20 minutes and we have been charged (all for units) a total of $1660 for approximately 20 minutes work of repair.
