Metro Roofing was paid in 4-12-04 to replace both roofs on this house and garage due to everyone else in the Tulsa Oklahoma Housing having to repair their home roofs due to Hail Damage 11-18-03 my Mother paid for the work to be done and it had a 5 year warranty after they had finished theirwork I started having roof water leaks that damages over head ceiling tiles, as I pulled the over head ceiling tiles to replace I got roof shingle grit in my face, eyes, and hair. I went out to check my white 4 door oldsmobile and it was competely covered with roof shingle grit,
I noticed there were spaces between the wooden planks that go straight across the entire house roof and garage, they were using male mexicans as labor that could not speak english. I called and complain to Frank Nichols Cell: 918-282-6717 2121 South 125th East Ave. Ste. 109 to complain and he came up with some excuse for the roof shingle grit ending up in my face, eyes, and hair but my mother was the home owner and she excepted his excuse against my complaints since she lived in Talequah which is 66 miles from her she could not just up and come to tulsa to look at the open spaces between each wooden plank and they were not placed close together,
No cracked or broken wooden planks were replaced because I was here the entire time the do their fantastic roofing repair job, the next dates having to replace outy of my pocket and Mom deducted it from the Monthly Rent I owed her every month I had to replace the overhead ceiling tiles right under the roof-nothing else covered them until I even used Clear Plastic rolled out carefully then cutting with a sharp pair of scissors then using a staple gun put staples in the middle of each replacement tile to make it waterproof since they are not waterproof or made that way either:
I had to replace the over head ceiling tiles on the following dates and as well called to notify Metro Roofing to return to repair the roof correctly and did not do anything at all, 4-1-09 $ 20.
