I ordered 12 lavender plants from an insert advertisement in the newspaper. I sent a check for the plants. Three weeks later I got half of the plants in good condition, but the other six were not in the box. Three days later I got the other six.
They were completely dead, and I figured I could get a refund.
I tried calling the customer service number they have listed on their website, but it is always busy. I tried to call nearly every day for the last three weeks and it has been busy.
So I tried to e mail their "customer service" e mail. I sent out three seperate e mails, and still not one response back. It has been long enough, now I just want my money back.
