He remodeled our kitchen. When he reinstalled the icemaker hose he accidently put a very small pin size hole in it. I told him that there was a leak and he said that there wasn't. Several months later water was coming up between the slats of our laminate flooring. I did not want to work with him again because he did not follow up with phone calls etc.
So I called someone else. I did call Thomas J. Construction to see of he would pay for replacing our floor and he said that he would. THEN his insurance company said that if I did not see him put a hole in the hose then he didn't do it and he didn't have to pay to have our floor replaced. He lied, to me. He didn't measure our kitchen right and more materials had to be ordered.
He is a very poor businessman. I feel that he should have paid for our floor to be replaced. Do not use this man for any type of remodeling job!
