Shutters were promised within 6 to 8 weeks; after 9 weeks, they still hadn't started the job, so a refund was requested.
At this point, we had already paid $3,200 in installments, but they only refunded $2,200; they kept $1,000, saying that this represented a "restocking and remeasuring fee" which we should pay.
Since this whole situation was caused by them, we should not have to pay this.
Sadly, it seems we are not the only ones who have been ripped off by this company, as I have talked to another person who was taken for $7,500 and he has told me about 8 other cases of shoddy business practices.
