The Shutter Factory is a RIP OFF! They show a product in the showroom, that once delivered is far inferior to what was represented. They are totally unresponsive to consumer complaints and/or problems. They refuse to give refunds for their product which does not operate properly, is warped, bowed, sags and has damages on it. However, they claim SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.
They have lied repeatedly to customers, they have lied to the general public in their advertising, and on the air on radio. They have received an unsatisfactory report from The Better Business Bureau.
I have spent over $6000.00 to have shutters made for my home and they have verbally offered to give me $600.00 back to get another installer to hang them. Sorry David Blanchley, CEO, but garbage doesn't hang well no matter who hangs it!
After reading David Blanchley's rebuttal to some poor customer on this website, I'm convinced that Mr. Blanchley does a much better job ripping people off than spelling and he should concentrate on customer satisfaction rather than rip offs and ought to get an education and learn how to spell. It might also help him out with his integrity.
P.S. Mr. Rip Off oops! Blanchley, You don't have to tell everyone that you aren't a Nordstroms, it is really quite obvious as Nordy personnel are far more honest than you or any of your staff who have all received an A in advanced lying!
