We ordered our pantry shudders months ago, and we gave them their payment, so everything was set. We waited for a while, and when we didn't recieve our shutters, we decided to give them a call. They said that everything was fine, and that the blinds would arrive in two months since they were "behind." Well, they didn't.
We tried calling them again and asking when we would get our shutters, and they claimed that they were "processing our order." When the order hadn't arrived after quite some time, we tried calling again, but they wouldn't answer the phone no matter how many times we called, and what time we called. Soon after, we discovered they were bankrupt. They haven't given us our product, or our money back.
