Reliable Home Inspection Service (RHIS) did a home inspection for me in more than two years ago. I paid but recently I received another bill for the same service. I phoned them to explain that I had paid, but I was told to provide proof or they would turn me over to a collection agency. I asked for some time to trace the transaction.in the past two years I have changed banking institutions and the institution I was using does not exist anymore. I cannot remember if I paid cash, check or credit card.
They agreed to give me some time to try and obtain my banking records when I spoke to them but then followed up with another bill with an additional $25 administrative fee.
Since more than two years have past I do not have the receipt anymore. I therefore have no option but to pay them again.in spite of communicating to them that I will pay, I receive an inflated bill!
Considering I am a return client their action are nothing less than disgraceful. Make use of their service at your own peril.
